Return & Refund Policy

Overview We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review the policy below for your product type.

Physical Products (Books & Apparel) We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, contact us at [prometheanproductions42@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Print-on-Demand (POD) Items POD products are made to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or was printed/shipped incorrectly. In that case, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Digital & Downloadable Products Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us and we'll do our best to resolve it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [prometheanproductions42@gmail.com] with photos and your order number. We'll make it right.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
